“Nothing compares to the simple pleasure of a bike ride...“John F. Kennedy
Dream spot of Sellaronda: The valleys and passes around the mighty massif of the Sella Group in the Dolomites -a UNESCO World Heritage Site - are a highlight and a must-see for all passionate cyclists. The route consists of a mixtures of steep edges, gentle alpine meadows, trails, forest roads and perfect single trails! The four valleys of Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Arabba and Fassa around the Sella Group are the seventh heaven. We recommend either doing the very demanding marathon mountain leg as a two-day trip, or making it a little easier with the help of mountain lifts. Sellaronda anticlockwise - medium Riding Sellaronda anticlockwise is a moderately difficult, it is possible to avoid the crux. July and August are the peak season for hikers. If there are lots of people on the Bindelweg path, we strongly advise you to avoid the CAI 680 path for both trips. This path runs from the Pordoi pass to below Porta Vescovo and can be ridden on in both directions.
